The Asian Muaythai Championship 2025 is officially organised by the International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA) and hosted in Thái Nguyên Province, Vietnam.
Our national team is proudly competing in this prestigious championship, which takes place from June 20 to 26, 2025, against Asia’s top athletes. Visitors can expect a powerful display of technique, discipline, and resilience as Team Singapore steps into the ring.

About us
The Singapore Muaythai Association (SMA) is the official National Sports Association (NSA) for Muaythai in Singapore, recognized for promoting, regulating, and growing the sport at all levels—from grassroots to international competition.
Established to unify the Muaythai community under a single banner, SMA represents Singapore within the global Muaythai movement under the auspices of the International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA).
Our mission is to elevate local athletes, coaches, and officials to world-class standards while preserving the rich cultural traditions of Muaythai.
We work closely with gyms, practitioners, and stakeholders to:
- Develop national athletes for SEA Games, Asian Championships, and global events.
- Conduct certified coaching, judging, and refereeing courses in line with IFMA standards.
- Promote youth and para-Muaythai development, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities.
- Host local tournaments and national qualifiers to identify and nurture talent.
